coverage for 19710 the following coverage is proposed to be affective

as of APRIL 1. 1971:

NOW, THEREPORR, AS IT VXR1W RESOLVED BY TRE VILLAGE IAl";iCIL 9V
THE VILLAGE OF PLYIOM AS lOLLOWS:
1. The comprehsmsive, liability and Workman's Conpaasatios
Insurance coverage for the Village of Plysnuth be awarded
to the Enployers Iasuramee of Wausau as stipulated in
their proposal and filed with the village clerk as follows:
(a) $300.000 single lilt.
(b) $1.000,000 unbrells clause.
(c) Mayor and council covered under Workaea's Compensation.
2. The Acting Nasager is hereby directed to cancel Insurance
coverage for the Village 4f Plymsuth with the Groat Aamrium
Insurance Company, independent agent. Anderson's Brothers
Agency. Inc.
The motion for the adoption of the fotagoirg resolution vas. duly
secosded by Councilman Runt. and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,
Hints, Spaeth and Kant. No one voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was duly passed and adopted.
