VILLAGE OF hIMOUTH
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of March, 1971. The following members were present Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hint:, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
+( RESOLUTION NO. 71-110

WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the
tf Village Council on March 19, 1971, recommending the Storm Sewer Project
1:i68 -2E for the Parkers Lake South Drainage area at an estimated cost of
i; $63,950.
!' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
i
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Ij The above report for Project /68-2E to hereby accepted. The
J Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance vith_the
repot: and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries
for all or a portion of the coat of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A.
Sec. 429.011 to 629.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement
E as shown.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foll(rfing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz,

Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
