'i RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY
REPORT j
Purauunt to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the +�(
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on the
22nd day of Mar 1971. The following members were present: �
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its
j adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-109
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to
the Village Council on March 11. 1971 recommending Project 069-8,5
Improvemanc of Holly Lana at an estimated cost of $29,670.00:

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The above report for Project #69-8,B is hereby accepted.
The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or 4100a, said boundaries for all or a portion
of the coat of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the
improvement as shown.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon. the
fallowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,

Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz voted naye.

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
