VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY REPORT
Pursuant, to due call and notice th,:erE. a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the
22nd day of March, 1971. The ,following members Were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was

absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 71-108
WHEREAS, A REPORT WAS GIVEN BY THE CONSULTANT ENGINEER TO THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL on March 9, 1971, recommending Project #71-1,A
Jonquil Lane Sewer, 'later and Street Restoration Improvements at an
estimated cost of $268,250. (North side of Medicine Lake)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The above report for Project #I1 -1,A Jonquil Lane Impwavewants
is hereby accepted. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or
within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to M.S.A Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total
cost as shown above.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on March 22, 1971,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the sacro is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
a Resolution regarding Project t71 -1,A.

of the Village this 13th dap of April, 1971.
