RESOLUTIQN RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special mating of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, wan held on the
22nd day of March, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-107
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the
Village Council on Project fi11-1,C Northwest Leg of Northwest Interceptor
and Greentree North Trunk on February* 24, 1971, recommending sewer service
in the northwestern portion of the Village at an estimated cost of
$820,600.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Village Council does, hereby accept,the prolimfnary report
on Project fi71-1,C for.sawer service in the above named 'area. Thin report',
will be considered for the improvements and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement puravent to K.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to'629.111, at an esti-
mated total cost of the improvement as shown.
The motion for the,adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
second by Councilman Spaeth.and upon vota being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and
Hunt. Mayor Hilda abstained. Whereupon the motion was declared duly
passed and adopted.
