,{ VILLAGE OF ' PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
s the Village Council of. the Village of, Plymouth. Minnesota, was held
ii
on the 22nd day of March, 1971. She following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
r No one was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
{i RESOLUTION NO. 71-106
!� WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to
ji the Village Council an February 5, 1971, recommending Project #71-0,A
Water Main improvement for the Southeast Area Water Distribution from
;a Zachary Lane to Vicksburg Lane south of County Road #6 and Trunk
Highway #55, for a total estimated cost of $1,477,900.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The above report for Project #71-0,A is hereby accepted.
2. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of ;the cost of the improvement pursuant to
M.S.A. Sec. 429,011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost
of the improvement as shown.
The motion for the a(?option of the foregoing re+olution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johrson.
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the resolution waF declared duly p?ssed and adopted.

the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify: that I have carefully

a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
