,` Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Pl mouth, Minnesota, vas held on the
22nd day of March, 1971. '

The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

'r Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved

i its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 71-105
j WHEREAS, a report has besn gives by the Consultant Engineer to
the Village Council on March 12, 1971, recommending the water main,
j!
t sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street Improvements -north of Truck
Highway #55 at County Road 1154 ,to 30th Avenue from Medicine Lake
j; wast to Trunk Highway #554 totalling an 'estimated cost of $1,853,500/
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
!� VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
i The Village Council does hereby accept the preliminary report

on Project d71 -1,2,0,8-A for improvements to the above named area..
I� This report will be considered for the improvements and the assess
�t ment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a
fi portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011
a
to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,

the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor. !tilde, Councilman Johnson,
j! Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was dedlared duly passed and adopted.
