The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. 1 Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: j RESOLUTION NO. 71-104 it WHEREAS, the Consultant Engincer submitted a report on Project i Ji 071-1,2,0,$-A North of Highway #55 at �.ourty Road #154 to 31st Avenue , from Medicine Lake Nest to Highway #55 Improvement for,swer, water, f storm sewer and street restoration at a cost`af $1,354 000, bti the j folioajieg:pat'cile: - i� The South 1t of''the SE11,.Section 22 North and East of Highway #55.' r { r The property North of Highway #55 and West of Medicine Lake, Sect. 26. ; The South 2/3 of the SWk of Section 23. The SEk of Ssc€ion 23. The SEk of thi $* of Section 22. The East h -of the Ak of the NEk of Section 27. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL Of THE VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTH: 1. The Cawecil will consider the. aforeeaid Improvement in ' accordance with the report and the "easement of property abutting or within said boundaries ;for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. I 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the 1 improvements u shown. a �{ 2. A public hearing shall be held on'such proposed improve - manta on the 20th day of Mai, 1971, at the Beacon Heights Elementary School in the Village'0 Plymouth at 7:30 P.H. The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as 'required by lay. it ! The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly 1i seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the f a following voted in fever thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, 1 `f Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
