122nd day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

it WHEREAS, the Consultant Engincer submitted a report on Project

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL Of
THE VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTH:
1. The Cawecil will consider the. aforeeaid Improvement in
' accordance with the report and the "easement of property
abutting or within said boundaries ;for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
I 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the
1 improvements u shown.

�{ 2. A public hearing shall be held on'such proposed improve -
manta on the 20th day of Mai, 1971, at the Beacon Heights
Elementary School in the Village'0 Plymouth at 7:30 P.H.
The Village Council shall give published notice of such
hearing and improvement as 'required by lay.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
1i seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in fever thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
