The following members were present: i4 j, Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was ;I absent. t� �� ftr *vett wtf Councilm<an Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 1 RESOLUTION NO. 71-102 WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer submitted reports on the following it projects: PROJECT 07174A-- Jonquil Lane Sewer. Water and Street.Inprovement at an ertimted cost of '$268,300`40 on,the following properties: All of Government Lot 2, All of Govetna tit Lot :;3z Including all'of Maywood Pari: Addition, All in Section 23, Towasbip'US, Range 22. South half'of the Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 and, The Soutli'half of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4. Both in Section 4, T.118, R.22 PRO.*!:CT 071-1,2,0-C - Cavanaugh Addition, Sower, Storm newer, ! Water and street restoration at an 1 estimated cost of $240,400.00. Cavanaugh's 3rd Addition, all lots.3n Blocks 1, 2, 3. Csvanaugh'a 4th Addition, all lots in Blocks 1,2,3,4,5,6 Ali. in Section 21, T.118, R.22 NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE t VILLAGE OF P'.YHOUTH: i L' {� 1.
