Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

;� 22nd day of March, 1971. The following members were present:

j, Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was

Councilm<an Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 71-102
WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer submitted reports on the following
it projects:
PROJECT 07174A-- Jonquil Lane Sewer. Water and Street.Inprovement
at an ertimted cost of '$268,300`40 on,the
following properties:
All of Government Lot 2,
All of Govetna tit Lot :;3z
Including all'of Maywood Pari: Addition,
All in Section 23, Towasbip'US, Range 22.
South half'of the Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 and,
The Soutli'half of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4.
Both in Section 4, T.118, R.22

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
