f NOTICE OF HEARING
i Pursuant to dice call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
r
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
'22nd day of March, 1971. The following members were present Mayor Hilda,
!Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No was absent.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
,its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-101 i
WHEREAS, reports were subffitted by the Consultant Engineer to the
;Village Council on the following improvement projects..-
REF.
rojects..REF. NO. 18: Project #69-8.B - Holly Lane Improvement at an
estimated cost of $29, 6"70.00 for Alternate #1.
$3,600.00 for Alternate #2 and $8,850.00 for
Alternate #3 for the following properties:
Holly Lane from County Road 09 North to the Miunsapolis-St.Paul
and Sault St. Maria Railroad in the South half of Section 8'
and North half of ?action 17, T. 118, R.22.
REF. NO. 3: Project 168-1,0-C - 34th Avenue & Renium Lane,
Sanitary Sewer, Water and Street Restoration at
an estimated cost of $80,000.00 on the following ,
properties:
Freunds Addition Block 1, Lots 1, 2, 3
Freunds Addition Block 2, lots 1. 2, 3
Freunds Second Addition, Block 1, Lots 1 through 6
Freunds Second Addition, Block 2, Lots l through 6
Outlot 1, Freunds Second Addition
Parcels 2425. 4031, 4041, 6075, 5007, 5019, 5031, 5036, 5043,
all in Seczton 22D T.118. R.22. {
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: {
1. The Council will c. -molder the aforesaid improvements it:
accordance vita the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of"the improvement pursuant to M.S.A.' Sec.
429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the
improvements as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 20th. day of April, < 1971 at the °f=UiFe—'ruoiic Ha �ce�
Municipal Building in the Village of Plymouth starting at 1
7:30 P.M. The Village Council shall give published notice
of such hearing and.improvement as required by law.'

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor H1.1de, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
