i. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. s special meeting of"the.
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
{ 22nd day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
IMagor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
i Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 71-100
WHEREAS, the council recommended that three alternate astitaates
be included with a report covering utilities for the 34th Avenue and
xenium Lane area. Project #68-100-C.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREHY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have the present report
on Senium Lane from Highway #55 to County Road #9 updated and presented
to the council with an overall plan including the following alternates:
1. 34th Avenue to Plymouth Creek
2. Highway #55 to Plymouth Creek
3. 34th Avenue and Xenium Lane to County Road
The above report is also to Include an imaginative method of
assessment for these improvements, (sewer and water). i
The motion for the adoption oftheforegoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmen Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
