HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-099VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH i Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, *regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the 15th day of March. 1971. Ths following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 71-99 WHEREAS, Mr. Marlin D. Grant, President of Marvin H. Anderson Construction Company, 8901 Lyndale Avenue South, Minneapolis requested approval to split their subdivision performance bond. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 'HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COMOCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The request to split the subdivision performance bond is hereby approved subject to ha`foilawing conditions: 1. The bond fuimished .for the North area, once established, not to be reduced below the amount of work remaining to be done in the total plan. 2. The pax'c 1up rovenants to be made along with the development of the first section by the davaloper upon plans sutvitted for approval by the developer. This would include the construction of the walkway. The motion for the adopgIon of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and, adopted.
