Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on tk*

?i 15th day of March, 1971. The following members were present:

j Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent. f

i Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-98

WHEREAS. disburcee+snts for the periods ending February 28, 1971.
1 and March 15, 1971 wpzs submitted for approval.
NOW, i'HEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE i
VIL:AGE OF PLYMDUTH, MINNESOTA THAT THE FOLLOWING DISBURSEMENTS ARE 7
HEREVY APPROVED`:
j1. General Fund in the &mount of $23,703.76 for the period
4 ending February 28, 1971.:
ii 2. Construction & Sinkin` Pund in the amount of $33,809.48
if for the period ending February 28, 1971.

�( 3. General Fund in the amount of $38,671.26'#or the period
arming March 15, 1971.
j� 4. Construction & Sinking Fund in the amount of $5,608,833.72
j for the period ending March 15, 1971.

! The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken theraan. the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was
i declared duly passed and adoptd,d.
