Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sweeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
Absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

j� RESOLUTION CONSENTTING TO DISSOLUTION OF
SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER COMMISSION

WHEREAS. this municipality entered into a joint and cooperative
agreement for the establishment of the Suburban Sanitary Sewer CommissUmi,
during the year 1963. and
WHEREAS, such commisaian.has accomplished its purposes, and
WHEREAS, sanitary sewage disposal facilities ars now owned by said
are the responsibility of the Metropolitan Sever hoard, and
j WHERus, there appears to be no reason for the continuance of the
Suburbsn Sanitary Sewer Commission, and

WHEitL►115, such commission has funds remsining on hand contributed
by its members, including this municipality;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
j 1. This municipality herewith gives its consent to the dissolution
of the Suburban Sanitary Sewer Commission, contingent upon
consent to such dissolution by all other members of the
com fe*Lon.
r' 2. Such consent shall be affective as soon as consent of all other
