Pursuant to due call and notice.thersof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Villago,of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the f
15th day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hllde, Councilman Johnson, Hilts, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent. { :

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
;j RESOLUTION NO. 71-96

I WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Holly Lane and asses■ the
I6 abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
if pursuant to M.S.A. See. 429.011 to 429.111. (Project #69-8B)
NOW, '!'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
J' PLYlDUTH:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
„Engineer for study and that he is Instructedto report to
the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
In a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve
sent to feasible and as towhether it should 'bast be sada
j as proposed or in connection with tome other improvement �
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion was; seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilda,

Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
j Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
