HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-095A77, i t,w VILLAGE.OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to -due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the { Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th } day of March, 1971. The following members were present: Mavor Hilda, I, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. i Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-95,A WHEREAS, in 1970 the Plymouth Village Council approved a transfer #. from the General Fund for two expenditures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE..IT BERME! RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Authorisation is hereby given to transfer the amount of $1126 for the Vale -Hoff fence and $3250 for the Four Seasons greenstripping expenditure from the Genal fund. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution vas duly seconded by Councilman Hintz &-,, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, 'I Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
