HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-095a I flu VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the { 15th day of March, 1971. The following members were present: a Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. } aCouncilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its 11 adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-95 ffi WHEREAS the Acting Manager requested approval to transfer a balance t of funds in the Park Budget to be carried forward to pay for recreation j l expenses 3n 1971. ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE !� PILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: # (' Approval is hereby given to carry forward the 1970 Activity Fund balance in the amount of $1939.24 to the 1971 budget. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly if seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson and it } Hintz.
