Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 1
15th day of March, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,

Councilmen Johnson, Hints. Spaeth and Hunt. No one :as absent. j
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved

RESOLUTION W. 71-94
WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Having, 1041 23rd Ave. S. E., Minneapolis, Minnesota,
recuEsted preliminary plat plan approval for the Roving .Addition on
! Plymouth Road to the South of First Avenue North, Craer's Orchard Tracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE 'OUNCIL OF THE
j VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:

The preliminary plot plan for the Roving Addition to be.developed
{� by Mr. Ray &.wing is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The developer brig is plane showing proposed utility
information, drainage plane, building elevations and f
j street grades for the Engineer and Building Inspector's
approval. Information received would indicate the s
street should be graded to drain to First Avenue North.
2. The street new should be changed from Roving Circle to
Wedgewood Lane.
3. The driveways on Lots 8 and 9 shall be located so as to
provide singie access onto Plymouth Road, which driveway
shall be approved at the time the Building Permit is
{ iessed. i
jj 4. That basement floor elevations be established for Lo,- 1,
and 3 by the emilding Inspector.
5. That the final plans be reviewed by and approved by the
village Engineer and Building Inspector prior to submission
of the finsl•plat plan for approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
