Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
{
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
March, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman
Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-93
WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Hoving, 1041 23rd Ave. S. E., Minneapolis requested a
variance concerning First Avenue North in the Hoving Addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:

A variance is hereby granted to Mr. Ray Moving to allow First Avenue. t
North to be 53 feet wide instead of 60 feat wide in the Roving Addition
on Plymouth Road to the South of First Avenue North, Greer'■ Orchard Tracts.
The notion .for the adoption of :the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Mints, Spaeth and Hunt.
No baa -voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting ,of
the Village Council of said Village held March 15, 1971, with`ths
original thereof on file in my office and the saw is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
