i; Pursuant to duo cell and notice thereof, a regular ueatirg of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the
15th day of March, 1971. The follows

Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth -and Hunt. No one was

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved

its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 71-92
I
WHEREAS, Mr. Ray Having, 1041 23rd Ave. S. E., Minneapolis, asked
i
for a variance of six feet on Lots 8 and 9 in the Having Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The variance requested by Ray Having is hareby granted to allow
Lots 8 and 9 in the Having Addition to be 104' instead of 110' which
are located on Plymouth Road to the south of First Avenue North,
Great,'a Orchard Tracts.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote beiag taken thereon, the t
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
