" Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Mmesota was held on the
15th day of ?,hrch, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor 11ilde,
Councilmen Johnson, 11intz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and noted
its adoption.
RGSOLIIPION NO. 71-90
NUMEAS, fir. John Belgarde, 3435 Fernbrook Lane Nbrth, requested
approval of a subdivision waiver of Lot 10, Block 11, Rearrangement
Medicine Lake Park Third Division and consolidation of these separate.
parcels created with Lots 9 and 11, Block 11, Wdicine Lake Park Third
Division.
NOW, UMREFORE, BE IT 11EREBY RESOLVED BY 111E VILLACOLMIL OF Tib
VILLAGE OF PLYtfO!MI:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County. fUmesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands subject to petitioner assuming
all costs for utilizing the Village of Plymouth utilities,
i.e., connections.
Tract A:
All of Lot 9, Block ll, Medicine Lake Park Third. Division
with the Westerly 17.85 feet of Lot 10, Block 11, Rearrange-
ment fiedicine Lake Park Third Division.
Tract B:
Lot 11, Block 11, Medicine lake Park Third Division and
Lot 10 except the Westerly 17.85 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and
ihuit and Mayor 11ilde.
