!� Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
i its adoption,
RESOLUTION NO. 71-88

WHEREAS, Mr. Marlo S. June on behalf of A&M Liquors. Inc. requested �
approval for an Off Sale Liquor License to operate at 11331 State
Highway #55. `.E.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TPP y'ILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
An Off Sale Liquor License is hereby granted to the ASO ZiRqaers,
Inc. to operate each business at 11331 State Highway #55 affective41
I. March 29. 1971.

The motion foi the adoption of the foregoing resolution etas duly

seconded by Councilman Hunt■ and upon vote being taken thoraces the j
,i following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
;i Hints. Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
