Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Council of the Village of PI ysbuth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved

its adoption.

RESOLUTION NO. 71-87

WHEREAS, Mr. W. H. Cates, 3220 N. Xenium Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota
j
i
has requested approval of an Off Sale Liquor License to operate the
Plymouth Liquor Store at 10730 State Highway 055.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

Mr. W. R. Cates is hereby granted an Off Sale Liquor License to
operate the Plymouth Liquor Store at the above location effective

March 29, 1971.

The motion for'the`adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,

Hints. Spaeth and Bunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the 'resolution
vas declared duly passed and adopted.;
