VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
I Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
f
first day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
f
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilmen Hintz
i
was absent.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-85 E
}
WHEREAS. the Circle Star Development Company requested that a public
hearing be held to vacate the utility and drainage easements of certain
properties within the Circle Star Business Center, First Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMMUTH:
The date of March 15, 1971 at 7:30 P.M. in the Public Works
Municipal Building, 14900 23rd Avene North, is hereby set for a public
hearing to consider the vacation of utility and drainage easements in
the Circle Star Rusinese Center, First Addition as follows:
Each side of t'..e lines dividing Lots 6 and 8, 5 and 9 and the
East 11.25 'eet of. Lots 4 and 10 in said Block 2, according
Co the recnrued plat (back lot line between 21st Avenue No.
.and 23rd Avenue 17crth, west of Fernbrook Lane).
The motion f(ir the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson., Hunt }�
and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
