3� VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to -due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
tIVillage Coui.cil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

i! first day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
�ii Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz

I was absent.

I� Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its

j� adoption:
!� RESOLUTION NO. 71-83
l� WHEREAS, Circuit Science, Inc., 9626 6th Avenue North, requested that
i
1j sanitary sewer be constructed to serve their property.
�i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
fj VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
i The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have the preliminary-
report of July 24, 1968 titled "Northwest Interceptors and Laterals,
i` on 6th, 8th and 10th Avenues" prepared by the'Consultant Engineering
firm of Bonestroo and Associates updated with respect to the above

request and include in the report the restriction of etching acids
being drained into the sewer -system by the firm requesting said improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,.the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Spaeth and Hunt. .Noone voted against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted:.
