Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of. the
Village Council of the Village of P1 !
g g Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
first day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor,Hilde, Councilmen Johnsr)n, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz t
was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
it RESOLUTION NO. 71-82

WHEREAS, *!r. Peterson of Kullberg Mfg, Company, 5205 N. County Road
ij 918 has asked that the village supply water for fire protection to their
l� plant.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
i The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have a preliminary report
(prepared for water service to the KuIlberg ffh ^o. and include how I
( this shall be assessed now and in the future.
y!( The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly ,
i!
;(seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon the
(!following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Counci7Ten Johnson, Spaeth
i
and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was dettared
!
1�duly passed and adopted. !
