The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz was i i4 absent. t. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its ! adop t:,on. ' {' RESOLUTION NO, 71-81 j� WHEREAS, Bel Mar Builders, Inc., 3131 Fernbrook Lane North, requested jthat municipal street lighting be installed along Harbor Lane and Fernbrook !!( Lane in the vicinity of and adjacent to Fox Meadows Addition._ WHEREAS, the Northern States.power Company submitted a plan showing I proposed lighting and future power costs of said installation -and Bei Mar !� Builders, Inc, has agreed to pay the costs of the lighting installation and future power costs of lights on Harbor and Fernbrook, Lanes. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE �i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: { Approval is hereby granted for the Street Light installation using ;s 11 a laminated wood pole design subject to the receipt of a public hearing waiver signed by Bel Mar Builders, Inc. Said installation will be north o£ Righuay #55 for a distance of approximately 700 feet on Fernbrook Lane and•approximately 2,000 feet on Harbor Lane in front of the Fox Meadows } Addition. j i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly i 1, seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth it and Hunt.
