Pursuant to due Call and notice .thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village, Council of then Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
first day of March, 1971. The following members were present:

ICouncilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-80
WHEREAS, Mr. Loring M. Staples, Jr., 1640 %anthus Lane, requested
a subdivision waiver
NOW, THrREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
` 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966,
in -Book 1035ofMiscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of
Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance
of parcels of land less than five (5) ac -as in rrea and 300 -feet
in width are hereby waived an to the following described lands:
Tract A•
That part of Government Lots 5 and 6, Section 30, Township 118
North, Range 22 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian described
as follows: Commencing at a point on the Fast line of said
Government Lot 5, a distance of 865.07 feet North of the South-
east Corner` thereof; thence South 73 degrees and 15 minutes
West, a'distanei of 1418 feet; thence North 8 degrees and 20
minutea:.West, a".distance of 159.21 feet; thence North 15 degrees
and 29 minutes West, a distance of 139.15 feet; thence North 19

II The motion for the adoption of the foregoing res6luti6a was duly
I� seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
i following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Nilde, Councilmen Johnson,
} Spaeth and Bunt.
} No one voted against or abstained.

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
