HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-079$�i Or VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 4F Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting.-of the Village Council 'of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the first day of Narch•, 1971. The following members were present: Ei Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Cour `man Hintz i Was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved j its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-79 I� WHEREAS, Mr. Sander Ackerberg, Ten, Inc., 1216 Ni.collet Avenue I requested deferrment of the 25% assessment down payment required on Parcel 6520, North 1/2 Section 27. K� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE 'VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE i i� VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTh: ti Approval is hereby given to Mr. Sander-Ackerberg to waive[ the sadsesmont ordinance and allow him to defer poyeent-of the 23% }; down payment requirement until such time" that he requests-A permit to hookup to the Village utility system. The motion far, the adoption of the foregoing 'resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the ffollowing .voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, t j Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared i duly passed and adopted.
