adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-78
WHEREAS, Mr. Sander Ackerberg, representing Ten, Inc., 1216 Nicollet
Avenue, Minneapolis,Minn. 55403, requested a subdivision waiver for Parcel
6520, North 1/2 Section 27 (South of the Magney building on Fernbrook Lane).
NOW THEREFORE,'`BE IT ..HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. '66-1 of the Villags of
Plymouth, passed on January 10, 1966,pril 6, '1966.
and filed on A
in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of
Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating, to the_conveyanee
of paresis of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feat
in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands:

Tract A:
That part of the East 415 feet of the West 455 feet of the South
1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northweet 1/4
of Secti,^n 27, Township 118, Range 22 lying South of the North
35 feet thereof.
Tract B:
That part of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 and that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, lying
Westerly of United States Interstate Highway No. 494, subject
to Fernhrook Lane over the most Westerly 40 feet thereof; also
except that part of the East 415 feet of the West 455 feet of
the South 1/2 of th^ North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 oL Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, lying
South of the North 35 feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
I� seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
