} Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council ,of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
fivat day of March, 1971. The following members were present:

j Mayr Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz
} was bsent.
It CouF,�cilman Spaeth Introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adotition:
f RESOLUTION NO. 71-77
jj WHEREAT`,' Waynroy, Inc., 2160 Wisconsin Avenue, Minat�apulia, "inn.
jj requested a Conditional Use Permit.to erect a builders sigL at
County Road e'10 and Daerwood Lane.
NOW THEREFCiX, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNC-L OF THE
VILLAGE OF FLY}' 1UTH:
Approval for ► Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted ;to j
Waynroy, Inc - for temporary V x5'.builder's advertising i
sign at County.Roa< #1:0 and Deerwood Lane upon receipt of
a written perm..t from the property owner on which the sign
will be placed. The Conditional Use Permit will be valid
until December 11, 1971 at which time the permit will be
reviewed for ret.ewal by the Village Building Inspector.
The motion for t1.e adopt m of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Johnson '.and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayo; Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. No one
voted ^gainst. Whereupwn the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
