RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, S �
AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS

Pursuant to due calland notice thereof, a regular meeting of the #
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
first day of March, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Aunt. Councilman Hintz
was absent. '

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved i

Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-76
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council (71-56) adopted the
first day of February, 1971, fixed the first day of March, 1971, as
the date for a public hearing on Project N71 -9A Fernbrook Lane
Improvement with respect to.Pernbruok Lane from Trunk Highway #55
north a distance of approximately 2400 feet.
WHEREAS, all property owners who -:a r, -,party in liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard on the first day of Harch, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvements as net out above and for the street as
above indicated is hereby ordered as proposed in the
i; Council Resolution adopted February 1, 1971.

2. The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have prepared
the plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

f� seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson.

i' Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
