VILLAGE OF'PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of February, 1971. The following members were present:
i4 Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was

is absent.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
i!
adoption.,

RESOLUTION NO. 71-75
it WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth entered into an agreement with
j Hennepin County for storm sewer construction at County Highway #18
M and County Roads #9 and 110 which required payment to the County by
r
?i January 1, 1972 for the Village of Plymouth's share toward such
i improvement. (Project #69-2,C)
NOV THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:

The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have a preliminary

raport prepared covering the storm sewer costa constructden at 'County
Highway #18 and County Roads #9 and #10. !
j The .motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
i,
SS} seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon
k� the following voted in favor thereof: :Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution
iwas declared duly passed and adopted.
