HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-074si VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due; call and notice -thereof, a regular meeting of the Viilage,;Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of„February, 1971, -the following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-74 WHEREAS, the Consultant Engineer submitted a preliminary review t for redevelopment of Well No. 1. NOW THEREFORE, BE,IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: f � , The preliminary report for redevelopm4nt of Well No. I is hereby accepted. The Kttingammsger is hereby directed to have prepared the plans and specifications for making snch�,tmptovement"at the estimated cost of $8,50. (Acct. 707-1) 1 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolu•.lon was duly i seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt,'`,, No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village 0ouncil;of said Village held Feb. 22, 1971 with the original thereof on .file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
