Pursuant to due; call and notice -thereof, a regular meeting of the
Viilage,;Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of„February, 1971, -the following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-74
WHEREAS, the Consultant Engineer submitted a preliminary review t
for redevelopment of Well No. 1.
NOW THEREFORE, BE,IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:

The preliminary report for redevelopm4nt of Well No. I is hereby
accepted.
The Kttingammsger is hereby directed to have prepared the
plans and specifications for making snch�,tmptovement"at the
estimated cost of $8,50. (Acct. 707-1) 1
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolu•.lon was duly
i
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt,'`,, No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village 0ouncil;of said Village held Feb. 22, 1971 with the
original thereof on .file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 5th day of March, 1971.
