Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of"the Vi1,lage.of Plymouth, Minnesota, w.:.3 held on
f the 22nd,dap of February, 1972. The following members wi ce present:
.Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was i

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
' its approval: J
RESOLUTION No. 71-73 }
WHEREAS, it was requested, ,to approve the disbursements made during
the months of January and February, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT -RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE -VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:

The following disbursements for the"periods as listed below are
i' hereby approved:

t General Fund in theamount of $1,9,186.17 for period ending Jan. 28, 1971 tt
i Construction 6 Sinking Fund in the amount of $4,090,765.41 for the f
period ending Jan. 29, 1971,
Regular payroll in the amount of $19,628.54 for period ending Feb. 15, 1971
General Fund in, the amount of $71,019.29 for the period ending
i Feb. 22, 1971.

1 Construction & Sinking Fund in the amount of $192,180.99 for
the period ending Feb. 22, 1971.'
The m, -tion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt andupon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
a� Hiniz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
