! R:ESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
Pursuant to due.call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the 7
Village Council of the.Village of Plyr+outh, Minnesota was held on the
i 22nd day of February, 1971. The following members were present:

t A4ayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and awed its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-72
i WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the

i Village Council on February 22, 1971 recommending the water satin and
j� sanitary sewer improvement, Project #71-1,0,8-F, at an astimated cost
I
t�. of $65,400 for the following properties, which will require hookup to
t1 the Village of Minnetonka utility system:
Wilshire Gardens, Block 3,:T.ots 1,2,13,14,15 and 16.
B1,ek 4, Lcte 2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVLD AY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYK)UTH:
1. The Council will connider the aforesaid improvement in i
if accordance with the report and the assessment of proper +

abuttiug.or within said boundaries for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to
fi 429.111, at an estimared tots' coat of the improvement as
shown.
2. The Acting Manager is herehv directed to institute negotiations
I with the.Village of Minnetonka to effectuate a hookup to their
q system for said improvement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
!j seconded by Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted
against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
