VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH i
q RESOLUTION P.ECEIVING REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota wag held on the
22nd day of February, 1971. The following members were present:
i{ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hiatz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 71-71

WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the

I Valla;e Council on February 22, 1971 recommending the water main and
j sanitary newer improvement, Project 471-1,0,6-B, at an estimated cost
I of $47,330 which will require hookup to the City of Wayzata utility
system. v
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE vILIAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH: '

"The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within
said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to M.S.A. See. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.”
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly,
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against;. i
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
