VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ,?

Pursuant to due call snd notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village'
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of j
February, 1971, The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-70
WHEREAS, Marlo S. June, 11605 53rd Ave. No., Minneapolis submitted an
application for A b M Liquors, Inc tw operate an 0 f -Sale Liquor Store at
11331 Highway #55, Plymouth, Minnesota, and obtain .icense for same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
I The date of March 15, 1971 is hereby set for a public hearing to
conelder the Off Sale Liquor License application for A 6 M Liquors, Inc.

to operate at 11331 Highway 055.
lThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
f ;
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz,
Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was
t declared duly passed and adopted.
