i` Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

F 22nd day of February, 1971. The following members were ,present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilnen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was

{} absent,
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHEREAS, the Circle Star Development Company has requested approval
I
} of the revised site plan for Buildings #1 and #2 within the Circle Star
if
Business Canter.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

Approval is hereby given for the revised site plan submitted by the

Circle Star Development Company for Buildings #1 and #2 within parts c

i! Lots 5, 6,
8 and 9, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center First Addition,
f� Section 28, and grant a variance for parking setback and green strip

ec
subject t to receipt of a restrictive covenant from the develops; to
'i
t
prevent the
p proposed future green strip from being used for other
�tr
purposes. Also, approved is the allowance of parking within five (5)
feet of the side property line.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
i
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
It
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson. Hintz,

Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
