Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village ,

;±Council of the Village<o# P,lymoutb .-Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
¢February. 1'71. Thfollowing members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
{Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent.

ii Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution a.1 moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 71-68
1; WHEREAS, the Village Council was asked by the Acting Manager to approve
Jthe advertisement of bids for a sewer cleapIng machine, i

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

1ViLLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Acting Manager is hereby authorized to proceed with the advertisaeaient,
jfor bids to purchase a High Velocity Sewer Cleaning. Machine and set 'the
1date to receive said bids on March 22, 1971 at 10:00 A.M.` 4
! The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded.-

+`by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted
11'in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth ani Hunt.
;No one voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly parsed
!land adopted.
