HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-067{ VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the j { Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the #� 22nd day of February, 1971. The following members were present: i i? l 1 Mayor Hi.1de. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. = Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: I RESOLUTION NO. 71-57 WHEREAS, Mr. Ed Heins, 2920 Berkshire Lane requested a variance of the zoning code to allow construction of a garage in a B-1 Zone. NOW THEREFORE. BE IT HERERY RESAT.VRT) AV TIM VTT.T.ArP CA1TNrTT. AV TTIF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given to Mr. Ed Heins for a variance of the Zoning Ordinance to allow him to construct a residential garage at 2920 Berkshire Lane which is located in a B-1 Zone. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being,taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one :•oted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
