HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-066e "VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of February, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-66 $ WHEREAS, Mr. James Shaughnessy requested a Land Fill Permit Lot the Burgundy Village site at the Northeast corner of Highway #55 and Medicine Lake Boulevard. NOW THEREFORE,'BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMBIITR: yip Approval is hereby given for a Land Fill Permit to Janes Shaughnessy and G. Louismat for the Burgundy Village site subject to receipt of a $1,000 bond and that in the event such fill causes flooding and drainage rrohiems said Land Fill Permit shall immediately be revoked. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson which includes an amendment made by Councilman Spaeth and second by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being s.r taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. Councilman Hintz voted naye.
