Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

! Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

;1 22nd day of February, 1971. The following membea were present:

Mayor Hilde, Councilmen J,)hnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was

absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 71-65
!f WHEREAS, Robert D. Johnson, 7302 Topview Road, Eden Prairie, Minnesota
a#� requested approval for a subdivision waiver to consolidate Lots 1 and.2, a .
I{ Block 2, Rath's First Addition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
i4 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
I1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of J{ '
j Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966
f
j in Book 1035: of Miscellaneous Records, gaga 497, Register of
Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance
of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 fee
in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands:

Tract A:

Ij That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Raths First Addition, lying West
�i of the East 69.85 feet thereof.
Tract B:
The East 69.85 feet of Lot 1, and the Westerly 69 feet front
and rear of Lot 2, Block 2, Raths First Addition.

Lot 2 except the Westerly 69 feet front and rear of said

I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
;Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held February 22, 1971
With the original thereof on file in my office and.the same is a Mull,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
