Minnesota was held -n t'e } 22nd day of Febrw.ry, 1971., ,The following members were present: !R ?Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was absent. !� Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved I� Fits adoption: !� RESOLUTION NO. 71-64 e l WHEREAS, James Loken requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Pizza Parlor at 3431 County Road #18 in a B-3 i i} District. !i f NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF I , 1 THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given for a Conditional Use Permit to James Loken to operate a Pizza Parlor at 3431 County Road #18 if he will � adere to and submit a building plan in accordance with the request f� made by the Village Planner showing the floor plan with men and women restroom facilities and also spell out the parking area to be provided. } !r Said Conditional Use Permit will be subject to a review one year from 3{ date of issue. i } The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt including an amendment made by Councilman Spaeth, second by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, 1 I� the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt.
