Minnesota vas held on the ft ifiret day of February, 1971. The following mnbere were present: f. Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was 1 ,!absent. 666 Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved fits adoption: " RESOLUTION NO. 71-62 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the EowtnVamd il"Wounding of vehicles for the Village of Plymouth bids were received,' 4 opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were E t E " received complying with the advertisement: Plymouth � Village Automotive 30905'6th Avenue !North - Plymouth, lii:ut, _ Golden Auto'Farts 703 West Lake Street, St. 1*4* Fa>rk latus. t# Matte Auto Service - 11521 Excelsior Blvd., Minnetonka, Minn. = $Ittjh WHERL'AS, it appears that Plymouth Village Automative of 10905 6th Ave.. # j?to the lowest responsible bidder. " ; f� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC.II.,07 THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: f� "1. The Village Council -does hereby accept the bid frog the Plymouth Village Automotive and authorise the Acting } Manager to enter Into, a contract with Plymouth Village II Automotive, 10905 6th Avenue north, in the nacos of the` Village to tow and impound vehicles subject to-gresment by Plymouth Village Automotive to also install 40 fancy- around their property and furnish fres towing for Village ; i Police and Fire Department vehicles. k 2. The Village Clark Is hereby authorised and directed 'to reatun forthwith to all bidders -Pe deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until !� a contract has been Signe•'. it iE 3. The bids received from the above bidders are on file in the office of the Village Clerk. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly i1 iiseconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the I� following voted -1n favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilman Johnson. s; ji Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1F {i ii I Page 2.
