The following members were presentr j Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was -Y absent. ?� Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and scored Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71.61 f WHEREAS. the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth wishes I to recognize and coms»ad the following achievements of the ARmstrong High School and Wayzata High School located in the Village of Plymouth. f NOW THEREFORE, DE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ! THE VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTHt Village Council on behalf of the Village of klymouth commands doe oatstasiing-achievement of the WRE MNIG'TEAMS 1# of ARM9rRO00 HIGH SCHOOL, coached by Alan Johnson., add WATZATA HIGH SC506L, coached by Chuck Paterson,, in the if winning of their respective divisional championships in the Lake Conference: I ' The WAYZATA TEAM is to he further cosmiandad for its winning < of the Overall Lame Conference Championship and its student 1 body applauded for its -outstanding support. Ths ARMSTRONG FOOTULL SQUAD is further cosanded for their it Lake Coaferenca Championship season this past fall. an achievement that vas'especiallr outstanding for a ibhool in Its' first year of existence. i j( Plymouth is indeed proud to have the ARMSTRONG AND WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOLS located within her boundaries." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly t� seconded by Mayor Hilda, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor. Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth 1 and Hunt. No one voted against.
