Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, Eeobui) meeting,
of'the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the first day of February . 1971. The following members were
present:_ Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
IThe following members were absent: none
enuncilm Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-60
WHEREAS, the regular payroll disbursement required approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VIILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the regular payroll disbursement
in the amount of $20.114.07 for the period ending January 31. 1971.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson.

full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
