Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, 6mp1e0a11q meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the first day of February , 1971. The following members were
present -.__Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-59
WHEREAS, the licenses listed btlow were required to be approved
for the year 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to grant the following licenses:
Car Lot Dealers License: Beacon Heights Auto Sales
Gasoline License: Metro "500"
Cigarette License renewals to: Metro "500" - Felder's Golf Center
VFW Post #5903 - Beach's Oakwood 1#66"
Beacon Heights "66"
Taxi. Cab Driver License: Robert Johnson and Charles Ballin
Small Disposal System License: Quickway Excavating Co.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, +�
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).
DOne Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
