VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular nesting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the t

first day of February. 1971. The following members were presents
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson. Hints, Spaeth end, Hunt. No ono was
absent.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-59
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has been assessed $11,997 for
their share towards the Shelard Park drainage program. and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT MEREST RESOLVED ST THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
SHE VILLAGE OF PUNDUTH:
Payment hereby authorised as eat out in Resolution 171-39
for t.e Plymouth Village sssesaent toward the Sheiard Park Storm
Sever Iupravemp" out`of the Village ad valorem funds to be
budgeted in'1972'vith the Plan that at such tins that the
Bassett Crack drainage area -to improved for store sewer purposes
and assessed that the Village General Fund shall be reimbursed t
for advanced funds including interest.
Ths.votion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Coultilmen Johnsoep and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson.
Hint. Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against.
