RESOLUTION `ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and n-tice thereof, a regular seating of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the
first day of February, 1971. -The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved

j; RESOLUTION NO. 71-57 !
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 16th day
of November, 1970, fined the 7th day of December, 1970. as the date for
pa public hearing on Project 07".G Revere Laos Improvement with
jrespect to improving Revere Lane from 39th to 40th Avenues North.
WHEREAS. all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the staking of these improvements were given ten days' published notice,

of the Council hearing through two weakly publications of the required r
notice and the hearing was held and the property owners heard on the 1
7th day of December, 1970.
l NOW THEREFORE, EE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGZ

"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the streets as above
i indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted November 16. 1970.
f 2. The Acting Manager is hereby directed to have prepared the
plans and specifications for the making of such improvent."

I seconded by Councilmen Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson.
